Regolamento Masterclass Suoni d’Autore
Le Masterclass si svolgeranno presso l'Eremo di San Salvatore ad Erba e il Seminario Vescovile di Bedonia e sono aperte a tutti i musicisti senza limiti di età e nazionalità. Per gli studenti minorenni sarà necessaria un’attestazione di un genitore che esoneri l’organizzazione da ogni responsabilità nei riguardi del minore. Le iscrizioni dei partecipanti verranno valutate in ordine di arrivo e successivamente approvate. Verrà allestita l’eventuale lista d’attesa in caso di un esubero di iscrizioni. Ogni singolo corso verrà attivato al raggiungimento della quota minima di n. 5 iscritti con un massimo di 8.
Il Docente stabilirà l’orario delle lezioni in base alle esigenze e alla composizione della classe in piena autonomia nel rispetto delle necessità dei propri iscritti. Gli studenti hanno libero accesso a frequentare come uditori tutti i corsi e i concerti del Music Festival.
Ad ogni allievo verranno garantite un minimo di n. 4 lezioni individuali da un’ora o 45 minuti ciascuna con il proprio insegnante durante l’intero periodo di svolgimento del corso.
Il repertorio di studio dei corsi individuali si concorderà e definirà all’inizio del corso direttamente con il proprio insegnante.
L’Associazione si riserva di allontanare dai corsi gli studenti che non rispettino il presente regolamento e le disposizioni didattiche e/o amministrative.
L’Associazione si riserva altresì di allontanare dai corsi gli studenti che non mantengano un comportamento moralmente irreprensibile, sia all’interno che all’esterno dei locali del Seminario.
Durante lo svolgimento delle Masterclass sono previsti saggi musicali ed esibizioni estemporanee in ambienti e luoghi caratteristici con la partecipazione degli studenti, selezionati ad insindacabile giudizio dei docenti.
Coloro che necessitano del pianista accompagnatore, potranno farne specifica richiesta (con quota aggiuntiva) al momento dell’iscrizione, fornendo copia delle parti pianistiche del brano che si intende studiare durante il corso.
Per ragioni organizzative si potrà presentare un solo brano della durata compresa tra i 15 e i 20 minuti. Per minutaggi superiori o più brani occorre accordarsi con la segreteria.
Ogni allievo dovrà essere munito del proprio leggio e abito da concerto.
Ogni allievo effettivo potrà utilizzare, concordando l’orario e previa disponibilità, le aule studio, con e senza pianoforte, messe a disposizione presso i locali del Seminario.
Per gli allievi non è previsto alcun compenso per le esibizioni programmate durante il corso, anche in presenza di riprese audio e video. I partecipanti, al momento della definizione della pratica d’iscrizione rilasceranno una liberatoria con la quale autorizzano l’uso di eventuali registrazioni, trasmissioni radiofoniche e/o televisive effettuate nel periodo della manifestazione atte a dimostrare l’attività didattica, i saggi e le esecuzioni estemporanee senza aver diritto ad alcun compenso.
Per i minorenni detta liberatoria verrà firmata da un genitore.
L’organizzazione non si assume alcuna responsabilità per furti, danni e incidenti agli strumenti/cose e alle persone durante l’intero periodo della Masterclass, sia durante lo svolgimento delle lezioni all’interno della struttura che durante le esibizioni pubbliche.
Le spese di vitto e alloggio sono comprese nella quota di partecipazione della Masterclass.
La quota comprende la sistemazione in camera doppia con servizi e prevede la pensione completa.
Entrambe le sedi sono particolarmente adatte allo studio e alla concentrazione, oltre a disporre di aule adeguate.
Conforme alla loro tradizione di ospitalità, offrono alloggio per trascorrere periodi di studio e spiritualità.
La quiete e la serenità ne fanno un luogo ideale per momenti di ritiro e crescita, favoriti anche dal verde dell’ampio parco che cinge il complesso.
Il Seminario inoltre offre il servizio di connessione Wi-Fi gratuito.
Si ricorda che, non essendo un albergo, l’organizzazione della cucina accetta unicamente segnalazioni di tipo medico/sanitario e non può farsi carico di altre richieste e/o problematiche.

Al termine della Masterclass verrà rilasciato un attestato di partecipazione e frequenza. Le iscrizioni alle Masterclass 2024 scadono il giorno 30 Giugno 2024.
Eventuali ritiri dai corsi dopo avere effettuato l’iscrizione dovranno essere comunicati per iscritto tassativamente 15 giorni prima della data di inizio del corso prescelto.
La mancata comunicazione del ritiro comporta il pagamento dell’intero corso.
In caso di infortunio la comunicazione potrà avvenire anche tardivamente ma è richiesto il certificato medico.
La quota d’iscrizione non potrà essere restituita qualora l’allievo decidesse di non partecipare al corso prescelto.
Le modalità di pagamento delle quote di iscrizione e partecipazione (comprensiva di vitto, alloggio e lezioni) saranno comunicate entro 24 ore dalla ricezione del modulo di applicazione tramite email.
Ai sensi del D.lgs. 185 del 22/05/1999 in attuazione della Direttiva D97/7/CE, lo studente può recedere dal contratto entro dieci giorni lavorativi dalla firma dello stesso, inviando all’Associazione una mail che dovrà essere seguita da una raccomandata entro 48 ore. In caso di recesso per qualsiasi motivo, compreso il ripensamento, lo studente ha diritto alla restituzione integrale di quanto versato.
Le quote versate verranno interamente rimborsate quando non vi siano più posti disponibili nel corso prescelto.
Le quote versate verranno interamente rimborsate qualora il corso sia annullato per cause di forza maggiore o per il mancato raggiungimento del numero minimo di 5 partecipanti.
L'accesso al Seminario e la frequenza dei corsi saranno consentiti nel rispetto delle norme sanitarie in vigore durante il periodo di svolgimento.
CORSI ALL'EREMO DI SAN SALVATORE (ERBA)
Si può raggiungere l'eremo con le Autolinee Como - Lecco (fermata ad Erba stazione) oppure con le Ferrovie Nord linea Milano - Erba - Asso;
in auto, dopo la chiesa di Crevenna, proseguire per via San Giorgio, dopo il cimitero di Crevenna, la strada prosegue verso l'eremo.
E’ possibile richiedere, con almeno 10 giorni di anticipo, la prenotazione di un transfer privato al costo di € 10 ciascuno.
CORSI AL SEMINARIO DI BEDONIA (PARMA)
Per i corsi previsti presso il Seminario di Bedonia si segnala che in caso di lezione anche l’ultimo giorno la camera andrà liberata entro le ore 9,30. Ci sarà una stanza a disposizione per la custodia dei bagagli. Si ricorda che nelle camere è possibile suonare solo negli orari 9.00/13.00 e 15.00/19.00.
In caso di partecipanti oltre i 35 anni è richiesta una quota extra per vitto e alloggio (+ euro 15 al giorno).

Il tempo di percorrenza è di circa di circa 30 minuti. Il costo è di circa 4 euro.
E’ possibile richiedere, con almeno 10 giorni di anticipo, la prenotazione di un transfer privato per gruppi di almeno 5 persone al costo di € 10 ciascuno.
I corsi iniziano alle ore 15 ed è possibile arrivare presso la struttura dalle 14 per effettuare il check-in.

Each single course will be activated upon reaching the minimum of 5 subscribers with a maximum of 8.
The teacher will establish the schedule of lessons according to the needs and composition of the class in full autonomy in compliance with the needs of its members. Students have free access to attend all courses and concerts of the Music Festival as auditors.
Each student will be guaranteed a minimum of 4 individual lessons of one hour or 45 minutes each with their own teacher during the entire course period.
The study repertoire of individual courses will be agreed and defined at the beginning of the course directly with the teacher.
The Association reserves the right to expel students who do not comply with these regulations and the didactic and / or administrative rules from the courses.

During the Masterclasses there will be musical essays and impromptu performances in characteristic environments and places with the participation of the students, selected at the discretion of the teachers.
Those who need an accompanying pianist can make a specific request (with an additional fee) at the time of registration, providing a copy of the piano parts of the piece to be studied during the course.
For organizational reasons, only one piece lasting between 15 and 20 minutes may be presented. For longer minutes or more pieces it is necessary to agree with the secretariat.
Each student must have his own music stand and concert dress.
Each effective student will be able to use the study rooms, with and without piano, made available at the Seminary premises by agreeing the time and subject to availability.
There is no compensation for the students for the performances scheduled during the course, even in the presence of audio and video footage. Participants, at the time of the definition of the registration procedure, will issue a release which they authorize the use of any recordings, radio and / or television broadcasts made during the period of the event designed to demonstrate the didactic activity, the essays and the performances impromptu without being entitled to any compensation.
For minors, this release will be signed by a parent.
The organization assumes no responsibility for theft, damage and accidents to tools / things and people during the entire period of the Masterclass, both during the lessons inside the structure and during public performances.
The costs of room and board are included in the participation fee for the Masterclass.
The fee includes accommodation in a double room with bathroom and includes full-board: from dinner on the day of arrival to lunch on the day of departure.
The Seminary is a particularly suitable place for study and concentration, as well as having adequate classrooms.
The Seminary is not a hotel and, in keeping with its tradition of hospitality, offers accommodation for periods of study and spirituality.
The quiet and serenity make it an ideal place for moments of retreat and growth, also favored by the greenery of the large park surrounding the complex.
The Seminar also offers free Wi-Fi connection.
Please note that, not being a hotel, the kitchen organization accepts only medical / health reports and cannot take on other requests and / or problems.

In the event of a lesson even on the last day, the room must be vacated by 9.30. There will be a room available for luggage storage. The registration fee cannot be returned if the student decides not to participate in the chosen course.
The payment methods of the registration and participation fees (including food, accommodation and lessons) will be communicated within 24 hours of receiving the application form by email.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/1999 in implementation of Directive D97 / 7 / EC, the student can withdraw from the contract within ten working days of signing it, by sending an email to the Association which must be followed by a registered letter within 48 hours. In the event of withdrawal for any reason, including afterthought, the student has the right to a full refund of the amount paid.
The fees paid will be fully refunded when there are no more places available in the chosen course.

The travel time is approximately 30 minutes. The cost is around 4 euros.
It is possible to request, at least 10 days in advance, the reservation of a private transfer for groups of at least 5 people at a cost of € 10 each.

Courses start at 3 pm and it is possible to arrive at the facility from 2 pm to check-in.
Those wishing to have lunch at the Seminar on the day of arrival can do so at a cost of € 15 by booking at least 2 days in advance.
Access to the Seminar and attendance to the courses will be allowed in compliance with the health regulations in force during the period between 16 August and 6 September 2023.
