The Masterclasses will take place at the Episcopal Seminary of Bedonia and are open to all musicians regardless of age and nationality. For underage students, a certificate from a parent will be required that exempts the organization from any responsibility towards the minor. Participants' registrations will be evaluated in order of arrival and subsequently approved. Any waiting list will be prepared in the event of an excess of registrations. Each single course will be activated upon reaching the minimum of 5 subscribers with a maximum of 8.
The teacher will establish the schedule of lessons according to the needs and composition of the class in full autonomy in compliance with the needs of its members. Students have free access to attend all courses and concerts of the Music Festival as auditors.
Each student will be guaranteed a minimum of 4 individual lessons of one hour or 45 minutes each with their own teacher during the entire course period.
The study repertoire of individual courses will be agreed and defined at the beginning of the course directly with the teacher.
The Association reserves the right to expel students who do not comply with these regulations and the didactic and / or administrative rules from the courses.
The Association also reserves the right to expel students who do not maintain a morally irreproachable behavior from courses, both inside and outside the Seminary premises
During the Masterclasses there will be musical essays and impromptu performances in characteristic environments and places with the participation of the students, selected at the discretion of the teachers.
Those who need an accompanying pianist can make a specific request (with an additional fee) at the time of registration, providing a copy of the piano parts of the piece to be studied during the course.
For organizational reasons, only one piece lasting between 15 and 20 minutes may be presented. For longer minutes or more pieces it is necessary to agree with the secretariat.
Each student must have his own music stand and concert dress.
Each effective student will be able to use the study rooms, with and without piano, made available at the Seminary premises by agreeing the time and subject to availability.
There is no compensation for the students for the performances scheduled during the course, even in the presence of audio and video footage. Participants, at the time of the definition of the registration procedure, will issue a release which they authorize the use of any recordings, radio and / or television broadcasts made during the period of the event designed to demonstrate the didactic activity, the essays and the performances impromptu without being entitled to any compensation.
For minors, this release will be signed by a parent.
The organization assumes no responsibility for theft, damage and accidents to tools / things and people during the entire period of the Masterclass, both during the lessons inside the structure and during public performances.
The costs of room and board are included in the participation fee for the Masterclass.
The fee includes accommodation in a double room with bathroom and includes full-board: from dinner on the day of arrival to lunch on the day of departure.
The Seminary is a particularly suitable place for study and concentration, as well as having adequate classrooms.
The Seminary is not a hotel and, in keeping with its tradition of hospitality, offers accommodation for periods of study and spirituality.
The quiet and serenity make it an ideal place for moments of retreat and growth, also favored by the greenery of the large park surrounding the complex.
The Seminar also offers free Wi-Fi connection.
Please note that, not being a hotel, the kitchen organization accepts only medical / health reports and cannot take on other requests and / or problems.

In the event of a lesson even on the last day, the room must be vacated by 9.30. There will be a room available for luggage storage. Please note that it is only possible to play in the rooms between 9.00 / 13.00 and 15.00 / 19.00. At the end of the Masterclass, a certificate of participation and attendance will be issued. Registrations for the 2023 Masterclasses expire on 30 June 2023.
Any withdrawals from courses after registering must be communicated in writing strictly 15 days before the start date of the chosen course.
Failure to notify the withdrawal involves the payment of the entire course.
In the event of an accident, communication may also take place late but a medical certificate is required.
The registration fee cannot be returned if the student decides not to participate in the chosen course.
The payment methods of the registration and participation fees (including food, accommodation and lessons) will be communicated within 24 hours of receiving the application form by email.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/1999 in implementation of Directive D97 / 7 / EC, the student can withdraw from the contract within ten working days of signing it, by sending an email to the Association which must be followed by a registered letter within 48 hours. In the event of withdrawal for any reason, including afterthought, the student has the right to a full refund of the amount paid.
The fees paid will be fully refunded when there are no more places available in the chosen course.

In the case of participants over the age of 35, an extra fee is required for room and board (+ € 15 per day).

The travel time is approximately 30 minutes. The cost is around 4 euros.
It is possible to request, at least 10 days in advance, the reservation of a private transfer for groups of at least 5 people at a cost of € 10 each.
It is possible to request additional rooms for relatives and / or guests with extra payment only to our organization.
Courses start at 3 pm and it is possible to arrive at the facility from 2 pm to check-in.
Those wishing to have lunch at the Seminar on the day of arrival can do so at a cost of € 15 by booking at least 2 days in advance.
Access to the Seminar and attendance to the courses will be allowed in compliance with the health regulations in force during the period between 16 August and 6 September 2023.
